• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide your full legal name; current address, a valid email address, valid Govt. ID proof and any other information needed in while the registration process.
• You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of the court of India.
• You are responsible for all activity and content you provide to us.
• You must not insert any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature intentionally.
• A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms as determined in the sole discretion will result in an immediate termination of your services.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason and at any time.
• Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any explicit, implied, or statutory warranties.
• Our safari rides are conducted privately, and we have no affiliation with the government. You realize that your Content (except credit card information) may be sent unencrypted and entail (a) transmissions across multiple networks; and (b) modifications to conform and adapt to technological requirements of connected networks or devices.
• You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
• Any verbal or written abuse (including threats of abuse) will result in immediate account deletion as well as legal action.
• We make no claim to intellectual property rights over the materials you give to us.
• Our omission to assert or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The Terms of Service is the complete agreement between you.
• We can record your call for quality & internal purposes.
• We do not pre-screen Content, and it is at their exclusive discretion to refuse or remove any Content available through the Service.

 

Payments

• There is various payment terms available, and you must pay according to the payment term selected.
• All fees are exclusive of all state and central taxes, service, other taxes, fees, or charges that are currently in effect or will be imposed in the future ("Taxes").

 

Changes to the Service and Prices

• Prices for using our services are subject to vary based on our rules and regulations. Such updates will be available on our website.
• We have the right to change and terminate the services.
• We will not be liable to you or any third person for any modification, price change, suspension, or termination of the Service.

 

Refund Policy

• On 30 days before the arrival date. There will be no cancellation charge.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date. 40% cancellation fees
• Between 15 and 7 days previous to the arrival date. There is a 50% cancellation charge.
• Between 7 and 5 days previous to the delivery date. Cancellation Charge: 60% Less than five days. No refund.
• Safaris and Dhikala Night Stays are non-refundable once booked.
